I don't know what to do :(

I've also found that my ping times in online games are somewhat poor compared to my friends (that's what prompted my investigations)

Running Windows XP.  Currently have my router disconected..  Nothing I do seems to fix my problems.

Any suggestons?

2005-02-26 22:59:00 Speed test @ dslreports.linkline.com 429/412 kbps

Windows firewall service is disabled.  Not using any antivirus software or extra firewall software.

I've tried unplugging my modem, rebooting system, etc.

On some sites my connection seems perfectly fast - on others, very slow.  Some speed test websites report decent results, others - horrible.  Ping time to my game server was around 300ms at 5am local time, when others were getting around 100ms.
