Odysseus_____ Posted March 9, 2005 CID Share Posted March 9, 2005 Congrats on the upgrade..... The GB/day thing is kinda annoying, but over the course of everyday surfing and whatnot you'll be ok I'm sure.... Question though, when you reach your limit, does it just cut off? I mean, what happens if you're in the middle of a huge transfer and you're not able to resume it?
just- Posted March 9, 2005 Author CID Share Posted March 9, 2005 good question but the people in my ISP dont know the answer all they told me was there isnt a system at the moment that will cut you off or that will charge you more they are just monitoring at the moment in a couple of weeks they will put in a system that will email users when they are reaching the 1G a day, for the moment nothing so i am using and abusing it as much as i can 1.72G so far from me plus my 3 house mates USE AND ABUSE !!! Ok.. .something to make you go "hmmm..." Suppose they email you warning you of your approaching the limit... but you're already so close to the limit that by the time you get the email, you've gone over it... Man, I feel for those customer service reps.... gonna have some loooong days....
