traveller1959 Posted August 27, 2016 CID Share Posted August 27, 2016 My ISP in Nicaragua (CLARO) sells me 10mps. My download speeds from tests say I'm getting 4ish-mps. Testmy.net runs using Telematix Entel as the ISP. How do I get it to use CLARO as the ISP? Should it even matter given that the results are between my laptop and a server in Houston?
