estimate = 1.39 based on packet size = 11Kbits, RTT = 124.11msec, and loss = 0.004158004

The theoretical network limit is 1.39 Mbps

The NDT server has a 8192.0 KByte buffer which limits the throughput to 515.66 Mbps

Your PC/Workstation has a 412.0 KByte buffer which limits the throughput to 25.93 Mbps

The network based flow control limits the throughput to 1.70 Mbps

Your adverised speed is 3000/384, and you have cablenut 3000/384...processor is 900Mhz... hum...

Direct from dslnuts definitions: http://www.dslnuts.com/2kxp.shtml

DefaultReceiveWindow - The number of receive bytes that AFD buffers on a connection before imposing flow control. For some applications, a larger value here gives slightly better performance at the expense of increased resource utilization.
