breeze645 Posted March 29, 2005 CID Share Posted March 29, 2005 i am paying for dsl 768/256 download/ upload speed when i go t o download something say from download.com it downloads at 80kbs ......is this right or should it be higher? do i need to contact my provider and have them fix it?
