Might be cause you are to far away from the central office. same thing happened to me, you should really contact you ISP if your speeds are that slow. your not getting what you payied for. but ya i would call see if they can do anything for you. Or you cant ask for help here they will show you what to do :)

i tested it a couple of times some where faster some were slower

i was expecting it to download at around 768

i'm new to DSL

would do a couple of things; this is for Windows XP users.

I would first try tweaking your settings using these tweaks.

I would next try tweaking SP2 if you happened to install it.

Then try VAN
