TheHated Posted May 27, 2005 CID Share Posted May 27, 2005 I got the same problem as him and I read did everything that sticky said and I still get the same speed, 2Mbps instead of 3. Wait a couple of min plug the power back into the modum and then wait 2 more min then turn on your computer. Have you scaned for virus and or spyware. I would suggest trying this. Google the word netmeter. Its really small and free. Dont have your browser on and see if anything is leaving your computer without you knowing. Have you messed with your settings?
