Mactron Posted June 4, 2005 CID Share Posted June 4, 2005 Try some other test sites that are closer to you. Here's some, https://testmy.net/mirrors.php http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ The closer the test site to you probably the better and faster. Post back your best speed after trying several of them. St3laras Posted June 9, 2005 CID Share Posted June 9, 2005 You should call them again and tell them to upgrade your plan to that package, because it looks like you running at the old package! I told them to upgrade me and they did it right away! Try this test: http://infospeed.verizon.net/ It also might be your computer has a lot of spam or different type of garbage. Go to download.com and download spybot and adaware. Really good programs. Everytime I see my connection going slow I run them and clean my computer and my speed comes back. The Highest speed I got was 3100 Kbps (3.1Mbps) Good Luck! and call them back if you have to!
