I go to Arkansas Tech University' date=' and they have a hella good connection. I think my upload was about 5600 Kbps.[/quote']

Very nice downloadspeed, but where is your upload?

Correct me if im wrong but, i think the upload test is not very accurate when it comes to fat fiberoptic connections.

On that connection your upload should be the same or very close to your download speed.

here you got 5600/18969 Kbps = 29% of your download, thats more like a halfduplex connection.

Im not saying you have that but its kinda strange no one can post a nice upload speed here, so until somone convince me wrong im blaming the uploadtest.

:) Hmmmmm I think the upload test is accurate ,its just no one has paid for a fast connection for a high upload speed, But I guess we will see:)Then of course you gotta have something to do with a fast up capacity...I get twice what I pay for :)
