Jordan23 Posted July 20, 2005 CID Share Posted July 20, 2005 ISP:: Verizon Online DSL MODEM:: Westell Wirespeed My internet is quite slow even though i have a 10/100/1000 router. So, I'm guessing my modem is too old and is slowing me down . I have a question about getting a new modem. Would the set up be hard, or plug and play type? And do i have to contact my ISP if i get a new modem? Any suggestions on a new, fast, and well balanced price for DSL? HELP PLEASE!!

MYRIAGON Posted July 20, 2005 CID Share Posted July 20, 2005 I never had one , but it seems like I have heard more good than bad about the Westell. I had DSL about 4 years ago and had a Speedstream that worked well....Not even sure if they still make them.
