richcornucopia Posted July 22, 2005 CID Share Posted July 22, 2005 To be honest with you whenever your burning a video file to a dvd the program you are using needs to encode, the problem is this takes time. Depending on the speed of your computer it could take more or less time, but it will always take a bit of time. As of yet I still haven't found a program that encodes the files too fast for you, sry. monsnet2k8 Posted July 22, 2005 CID Share Posted July 22, 2005 I tried others but they are slow and nero was and still is the fastest....i burned a 2:30 hour dvd Ffrom a 33 GB file' it took 1:45 minutes to encode and 7 minutes to burn using a 4.7GB 8X disc..
