And i was kinda happy because bellsouth doesn't block port 80 adelphia does. Anyways im trying to run my website off one of my computers, using apache2triad, the website works good, but the email is whare the problem is. For some reason i can only send email from my [email protected] to a bellsouth email account, but i can not recive. I fixed the the problem whare i can only send email to a bellsouth.net email account by relaying my server's SMTP to mail.bellsouth.net, and now i can send mail to everyone, but no one can send me mail at all. Not even from my bellsouth.net email account. I have been trying to figure this out for 2 days now. Please help. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
junkieXL Posted August 9, 2005 CID Share Posted August 9, 2005 It's got to be the POP3 server settings; either the server info is wrong or has changed; should be port 25 if i recall correctly..make sure it is not blocked by BellSouth..i would get a spec sheet from bellsouth on those email settings for sure.
