netmasta Posted August 24, 2005 CID Share Posted August 24, 2005 i have 768 RAM and 2 HDD. Drive C is an 80gig and Drive F is 120gig. how should i set it. This is what it shows rigth now: Drive C: Initial size - 1152 Maximum - 2304 Drive F: No Paging File What should i set drive f to? I agree with php, unless one of the drives is faster. Ex: a 5,400RPM vs. a 10,000RPM drive. I also see people setting min. and max. paging file, to different sizes. I think if you set them both to the same amount, that may help with speed. I'm not 100% sure though.
