no internet for 5 days and counting....

Sup All...

I have no connection to internet, and it's been freaking 5 days now, and they have not fix the problem yet.

5 days ealier, I called and replaced the modem, which I brought (SBV5120).

After that no connection, they say it's error in the account, which does not allow them to add this modem

to my account, have to fix in the database or something...

They first told me min. 48 hrs to max 72 hrs. then they say wait another 48 hrs and they credit my account for whole month...then today I called, they don't

know exactly when it will be fixed...  :whaa:

so I said nicely, can it be fix by this week?  :evil6:

oh yea...definitely by this week, but don't know exactly, someone will definitely call you when it's ready.  :haha:

I never thought changing the modem, could be this difficult.

man....anyone had this problem also?

update....

just got my bill couple days ago, and Comcast has gave me credit for full month.  :D

and 19.99 for next 6 mo.  ;)

now I back online, but it's still little crappy. up and down, not consistent.... :angry2:

but, at least im back online..... :)

nice to here you got credited  :D
