Guest thecableguy Posted October 8, 2005 CID Share Posted October 8, 2005 Thats one thing I agree....I have never had any low speeds...Ive always ranged between 4900-5300...plus i know theyre reliable...thats why im still with Time Warner and not Verizon Did you know that if you so much as lose an hour of RR service you can request and receive immediate credit for it. Fat chance getting Verizon to do that and all you Verizon customers out there know I am speakin the bible on that one.

Guest thecableguy Posted October 8, 2005 CID Share Posted October 8, 2005 Nope...thats why I was congratulating those getting it lol.I live in the biggest city in America...NYC..and nothing from Time Warner..besides reliable service lol Ahhh now this makes sense. I cannot speak for Time Warner as Bright House is no longer associated with them. People tend to forget that fact. The only connection between the two companies is RR. As for RR technical support I do understand why people tend to get frustrated. If they will get to their actual provider (in this case Bright House Tampa Bay), they will find the support to be excellent and always available.
