birakeen Posted October 28, 2005 CID Share Posted October 28, 2005 I'm using a provider called T6 Broadband in the Rockford, Illinois area. I've got a 3500/1000 package, but these are the speeds I am getting. I have tried using the cablenut thing, and a few other different things too but I still can't get up to what it says. The upload speed is especially distrubing, but I'd like to get them both higher. Anyone advice would be appreciated. Oh and, it's a wireless connection. :::.. markie09c Posted October 28, 2005 CID Share Posted October 28, 2005 hello birakeen. I've just looked at t6broadbands website and it looks like the only two packages that they offer that are close to yours it a 3000/384 and a 3000/768. birakeen Posted October 28, 2005 Author CID Share Posted October 28, 2005 Yeah I've thought about calling them, but honestly I doubt I'll ever actually miss that speed I don't really ever have anything that i download that quickly anyway, I was just wondering if there are maybe some specific methods for getting your upload speed up mainly.
