I should be able to do better, shouldn't I?

I'm using a provider called T6 Broadband in the Rockford, Illinois area. I've got a 3500/1000 package, but these are the speeds I am getting. I have tried using the cablenut thing, and a few other different things too but I still can't get up to what it says. The upload speed is especially distrubing, but I'd like to get them both higher. Anyone advice would be appreciated. Oh and, it's a wireless connection.
