PD. Im also from Puerto Rico (saludos)

netmasta Posted November 3, 2005 CID Share Posted November 3, 2005 It looks like it's most likely a problem with your provider. You may want to call them and have them check your signal levels.
revolucionario Posted November 3, 2005 Author CID Share Posted November 3, 2005 well i was cheking the config of the modem and here it's what it says Frequency 423000000 Hz Locked Signal to Noise Ratio 38 dB QAM 64 Network Access Control Object ON Power Level 12 dBmV The Downstream Power Level reading is a snapshot taken at the time this page was requested. revolucionario Posted November 3, 2005 Author CID Share Posted November 3, 2005 so... what should i do then?
netmasta Posted November 3, 2005 CID Share Posted November 3, 2005 Well there's not much you can do. You could complain to your ISP and have them check it out, but I doubt that would help. Since the problem seems to be in your route to the site, those are the hardest problems to fix.
