Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the server is not responding. If you entered a URL or path to play the file, verify that it is correct. If you clicked a link to play the file, the link may not be valid.

If you want a Radio Station use shoutcast for winamp http://24.24.65.198:8000/ http://24.24.65.198:8000/listen.pls

Here is the link for shoucast, I have no idea if you using it already but you'll need be a dj and be a server.

If you have a router youll need to forward the ports

then there is no way that your radio is going to work if you can't port forward.
