RTB Posted November 9, 2005 CID Share Posted November 9, 2005 Yep, that's the WR AFAIK. Gotta love liquid nitrogen cooling. I wish I had the money for it.
cdf216 Posted November 9, 2005 CID Share Posted November 9, 2005 All those mhz and would still get trounced by a Dual Core Athlon running 2.4 Ghz in processing power.. pathetic. Now let's see an Athlon running at those speeds
RTB Posted November 9, 2005 CID Share Posted November 9, 2005 Highest Athlon speed I've seen was 4 Ghz, and that's single core: An FX-57 at 4096 Mhz. Dual core seems to cap out a 3.6 atm.

dlewis23 Posted November 9, 2005 CID Share Posted November 9, 2005 ive seen a P4 3.8GHz OC to 5.9GHz and be some what stable, you culd run tons of windows aps on it but game would not work. bud dam it was fucken fast. Just shows you how good processors are mad today 5 years ago if you tried to oc a P3 to even 1.5Ghz it would melt. :haha:
RTB Posted November 9, 2005 CID Share Posted November 9, 2005 wonder what you could OC it too though. That is OC'ed to the limit. Max stock speed are 2.8 for the AMD single core (FX-57), and 2.4 for Dual Core AMD (4800+). Add 1 Ghz for single, and 1.2 Ghz for dual for Intel max stock. RTB Posted November 10, 2005 CID Share Posted November 10, 2005 I guess you misunderstood. That's stock, yours is an OC'ed CPU.
