richcornucopia Posted December 9, 2005 CID Share Posted December 9, 2005 Probably if you have the right software. What error message do you get when you try to open the file.
Ryan314 Posted December 9, 2005 CID Share Posted December 9, 2005 When i click the file it goes to the bitcomet screen and says download complete
richcornucopia Posted December 9, 2005 CID Share Posted December 9, 2005 Lol I can't belive I didn't realize this, you're clicking on the torrent file, not the actual video. Go to wherever you saved the file with bitcomet and try to open it.

richcornucopia Posted December 9, 2005 CID Share Posted December 9, 2005 When you check the properties of the file how big is it? Cause if it isnt like 900 megabytes, then your clicking on the torrent file.
Ryan314 Posted December 9, 2005 CID Share Posted December 9, 2005 Break through.. what is a rar file? i found the output directory i set it to but theres cd1 cd2 and sample.. when i click sample i get a sample of the movie but in cd1 and cd2 there are "rar files" and when i click them nothing can open them.. wtf lol
richcornucopia Posted December 9, 2005 CID Share Posted December 9, 2005 You either need to extract the files from the rar (think of rar like zip) file or burn the rar files directly. There will be 2 cds that you have to burn.

richcornucopia Posted December 9, 2005 CID Share Posted December 9, 2005 Oh ya, if you don't already have it you might need to download winrar. http://www.rarlab.com/
richcornucopia Posted December 9, 2005 CID Share Posted December 9, 2005 Nope cds, you said its like 900 right? 900 divided by 2 is 450, so they will fit on cds.

richcornucopia Posted December 9, 2005 CID Share Posted December 9, 2005 http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar351.exe
Ryan314 Posted December 9, 2005 CID Share Posted December 9, 2005 I downloaded it.. but im a total noob in it lol i have no clue where to start
richcornucopia Posted December 9, 2005 CID Share Posted December 9, 2005 First install winrar, this should associate rar files with it. Double click the cd 1 rar file and extract it, it will probably contain some type of iso. Use your burning program like Nero to open the previously extracted iso and burn. Repeat for cd 2. Ryan314 Posted December 9, 2005 CID Share Posted December 9, 2005 Theres about.... 25 rar files in cd one....
richcornucopia Posted December 9, 2005 CID Share Posted December 9, 2005 Click on one of them it might look like r and a number, like r34. Open one of the files with a number and that should contain the iso file.
