The download is fine but the upload is a little slow...DSL should be very close to the speeds that they advertise

Ok no matter what I do I can not do a speed test. It runs the test ok but when its time to give me my results I get a page with "Querying / Sending Data to Database" and then it stops there....I tried this in Firefox and IE. Is there something wrong with the site or is my computer becoming dumb

you may have a phone line problem. Is there a long line from the wall to the modem? Try to shorted the distance and make sure you have all filters installed. If all this fails call them up. Since you have your own line and not sharing line cable internet you should get almost 1.5Mbps Down. Is your upload close to what they advertise?
