"US-based Cinergy Broadband are to offer broadband over power line (BPL) services in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area. Reaching a maximum in of 1.5 megabits per second and a steady average speed of 300-900 kilobits per second." No thanks, we will stick with RCN -junkieXL

yes, hella website ca3le guy has...perfect for us speed freaks, & the speed test is the best around. Regarding RCN & chapter 11, they are just reorganizing & eliminating some debt...amazing how this huge co. is broke--with 1 million residential links tossing 50-100$ a month into the hat -JXL
