  5. can you do that my battery has to be in no matter what. But i really don't see what it would hurt i don't think the battery is harmed in any way by being plugged in all the time. But the problem i had when i was doing the same thing was heat you should get a docking station with fans. Some are cheap like 25.00 up to 100.00 with extras like usb ports and what not. let me know if you find some hard facts that say yes no. It made all the difference with mine got temps down considerable got better performance a Good buy

  8. as from my first test on this site i did not know how it worked and when i hit the back button i really wanted those to be my scores as well have t3 that walden web runs through RR or timewarner and dont have those speeds so stop trying to make us belive that you have fiber at your home very few lucky people do and if they do they pay out there wazzo for. I used back button at friends house who has best public cable package RR offers and got the same score so B.M. WE here run on 45mbps atm servers on gigabit backbone and I average from 32 to 24 dl and 12 to 7 ul depending day of the week and time i run test.

  10. well i just installed a card my self and have giGBit connection the difference that i see is a more stable connection like on here for example no more stat bar freezing everything runs smooth it can handle the packets better i guess and see better speeds. The in house tech also told me to switch my prime and second dns #'s around. So with all the changes yes for me it does handle traffic better. But again I'm on gig network so for standard connection i wouldn't think it would really matter but.... i also think that we got upgraded too cause check out the speed alot closer to 45Mbps the past day noticed it while it was loading web pages :::.. 19. there are 2 guys here that both run 200+ on there servers or so they say. the problem would be your location and price i agree 2 dsl lines would make better server anyway for what you are using. now i read the fine prient for my connectiton here www.waldenweb.com/Internet_Access/Our_Internet_Philosophy/our_internet_philosophy.html if you want to read te whole story but my advertised connestion was 10/10 when i moved in and from reading that is what every one has. Each XYLAN Omni-switch Chassis at Walden has a 23 gigabit backplane at its core, allowing for up to 224 hundred megabit connections simultaneously. These chassis also boast Layer 3 switching also known as hardware routing. This means that rather than route local traffic through software, special chips have been designed to route packets at speeds of up to 2 million packets per second. xylan3 On properties where distance limits our use of a central chassis, Omni-stack 10/100 layer three switches are employed, with OC-3 (155 megabit fiber) uplinks to a switch with a 4 gigabit backplane. so long story short they got each of use on a 10/100 switch and not everyone her has there internet or uses it and so ther is leftovers thats were you see the 16 up 29 mb speeds from me. pay for 10 and get alot more........sweet Some people have Walden Web wich is a DS3 and its 45/45 but its a shared connection I believe [move]Our goal in the design of Walden's MAN and Internet backbone was simple enough: "Lets give em' so much bandwidth that its their computer that becomes the bottleneck"[/move].
