First of all with DSL, that is pretty close. You are running at 89% of your advertised speeds. Second of all, are you on a router? If so try to test without it in the way.

You have to remember us poor souls with satelite, 700/128(U/L is usually around 75kbps). Or the fellas with Dial-up. I wish I had 256U/L.
