I don't know what that could be but maybe the router going bad. I would ask verizon for another 1 and when they bring it show them the problem you get.

When did this problem start happening ? Did it ever work on that site and does it happen on other sites ?

That router is not very good and alot of people have problems with it. Do you have just the internet service or do you have other services as well as internet ?

I don't know Dlewis but I never get less than 20 mb down and up if I max out my connection no matter what time it is its always the same.

I didn't see anything in some of your posts that were bad unless you sent someone a bad private message. If you didn't do anything then i'm sure everything will work out fine. The mods should see this soon and take care of it for you.

Call up tomorrow and ask and if they say its not available tell them to ask a supervisor. Thats what I did

What state do you live in ? I have Fios 20/20 for $65 a month and you might be able to get it if you call up. That would make you love Fios more if your upload was as fast as your download

I don't know where its available but NY but if your paying around $65 a month ask Verizon about there faster speeds because I am getting 20/20 for $65 a month from them for a residential account. It is not available on the websites yet so you have to call to find out

What do you need ? I have cablenut if you need it and a bunch of settings for it.

If you are having problems with your ISP tweaking it wont do anything at all because you need to get it fixed and if they wont do it right find someone who will or complain like hell till they fix it. I did that to my old cable ISP and got 7 months of the fastest speeds they offer free

I would think the reason the speeds went lower is because it was optimized for a lower speed and couldn't take advantage of the powerboost.

They don't offer a 6/1.5 up package and I think your upload is powerboost and you have the 6/384 package by them.

I did have the 20/5 now I tried this just to see how it was and its $184 a month

my advertised speeds are 35/10 but the upload test is too small and finished in a second but I can easily hit over 10 mb if the test was bigger. :::..
