seems pretty good to me i get about the same speed sometimes more sometimes less but it should stay around 20 to 25 mb average and over that is very good. if you need some more help just pm me and i'll be glad to help when i have time.

your speeds look great for download and upload is pretty good and the only thing i see a problem with is windows vista not being tweakable from what most people say. i dont know anything about vista because i do not have it but maybe someone else can help with that on here if you make a post about tweaking vista. try this test and see what happens http://www.testmy.net/dl-48638

then no it doesnt look too good as i get atleast 20 mb to here most of the time and get as high as my cap (30 mb)to this site and the upload should be about 3 to 5 mb. 1st what modem and router do you have and what are your computers specs ?

when you order boost you dont even have to reset the modem it does it for you but if you want to check if you have boost just do a quick upload test and if it is more than 2000 upload you have boost . after that you have to tweak your computer to get better speeds and also what router do you have? what modem did they send you ?

do you have boost or regular OOL ?

he doesnt have that in his basement because that would cost thousands a month to get that. the best deal i saw around me was 100 mb up and down for $1000 a month and you have to be in there service area which is very small or you cant get it plus you have to pay for the fiber to be ran to your house which is alot more.

because he is mad he doesnt have connections like us so he had to rent a host to make himself feel better

how are your speeds compared to the actiontech?

verizon fios has DHCP and PPPOE so you have to find out which one you have. they started with PPPOE when it first came out but they are now doing DHCP. once you find out which one you have let us know and we can help you out.

yea its too many hops and those txt files you have give me wrong results after i download it the 1st time like 7000 KB/s. i know its wrong but i cant get a correct result with those TXT files you have but with other servers i get correct results with the files cable made. why do you use different test files ? also the half my ISP also says this shit on TV that they are soo fast and they are they best and so on when we all know verizon is the best

and thats how it was when the 30/5 package was first rolled out i was always at 29mb 4.5 to 4.8 mb up and now its all over and some days are good and some days are bad but when the people are on it sucks and thats how every cable isp is. sure your area might be ok now but wait a while and see what happens when your area get more populated and you'll see what i am talking about.
