I downloaded it and it doesn't show me any kB/s, it just shows me a weird looking file on my desktop and when I try to open it the "Open with..." option appears where I can choose a program to open it with...

That test looks like it hangs because I have had it up for more than 5 minutes and absolutely no results. This is getting so frustrating. What are your results and settings that you have?
