I've been having some serious packet loss problem of my own too. Pages often don't load, I have to click on refresh lots of times.

THIS SUCKS!!
Well I suggest those of you who can to pack up bags and leave to your favorite state, thats what I'm doing before the year is over. This mess is going to keep getting worse every year. There is no job growth, It's tough for new college grads to find jobs and the cost of living keeps shooting through the roof so I might as well take a plane outta here.
I wonder how the internet is in those booths that they have in the malls around, look how fast powerlink is and when you get home with your sweet internet kit you get screwed
why are they being so rude?? it isn't like we are getting internet for free, I perhaps can understand the P2P thing but online gaming, thats completely legal and we're paying for it, they'd better tight their screws, this feels like we're getting free internet and they're getting greedy

I wish it were at least like this all day long
Well my firewall is picking a lot of stuff from onelinkpr I wonder if this is what resopalrabotnick is referring to, they all seem to be directed to either port 445, 135 or 139 (NetBios), and this is only in the last hour I've got like 20 to 30 attempts. If somebody could shed some light on this please do.
I'm getting 100+kb/s downstream on p2p, so i think it was temporary, I hope I'm not wrong. If not there could be another solution, take a look at this http://www.centennialpr.com/ii/, It's a new wireless broadband service from centennial in the metro area i think. 2.4 mbps, 300-700 downstream, let me know what you think...
