You don't need to reboot to clear your cache but you do need to reboot every time you change numbers with cablenut. Just go to Tools>internet options>Delete temp. files>OK> OK then take test.

mikegreen, Welcome to the forum. The splitter going to the TV & Internet are two different frequency's. I can't remember the numbers right now but you can call your cable company and find out which is which. I would say you are having problem that your ISP should check out for you.
