On one end you can see a cover that comes off. Open it and pull the battery plus unplug it. They even recommend unscrewing the cable wire. Reboot the computer and the hook all the cables and battery back up to the modem.

Just take the battery out to power cycle!

Have you checked to see if your CPU fan is coming on? If not the CPU is overheating and shutting down. Also have you been trying to overclock the CPU and its not stable? Have you blown all the dust out of the case & motherboard?

I believe he asked you to take a larger test is that they are more accurate!

I'm using Firefox and never have had a problem before. I'll give it a shot with IE7 or Maxthon, which ever one works! Edit: IE7, Maxthon, Opera or SeaMonkey won't work either!
