it has been 5 hours and my speed is averaging 1500 or less and my upload dropped too this sucks

i already got her a $4000 ring . i got myself a $2000 necklace and $500 cross plus two ring $500 each i am broke at this time cant afford $1000 just 1 necklace for her til i get mo money , mo money mo money

Movies stars make Millions and millions of dollars per movie and they just act. Us hard working people working at McDonald (lol) make $8 an hour. so in order to buy a movie we gotta work 3 hours. (no i dont work at McDonalds), I work at a trucking company making $18.50/hour still aint much to buy alot. We still gotta pay mortage ,elec, HIGH SPEED INTERNET($50/month). If you had 4000/384 service before, it should be a free upgrade to 6000/768 unless you had the 3000/284 (something like that on) you would have been a free upgrade to 4000/384. Right now I have 4000/384, waiting for 6Mb in my area . Im in Chicago

As mentioned above, it will be completed by March 31 (latest date) but will likely be upgraded before this time. We will keep you updated when the next round of upgrades will be going out. As for the radio advertisement in your areas, I can't say much on this since most of these advertisements are approved and only run in local markets. There is a chance this ad was premature to your area getting the speed upgrades but your area should be coming up very soon. As for when it does become available, Comcast will be sending emails within a few days after your market has successfully completed the update so stay tuned to your Comcast email accounts for this info or keep monitoring the Upgrade sticky thread at the top of this forum for updates on your area.

i called Comcast 3 days ago and ask them about the free upgrade. they say people who got 3000/256 are going to get free upgrade to 4000/384. and people with 4000/384 are going to 6000/768. we should be getting an email when it is done in our area
