Haha my grandmother (amazing she is still kickin 99) uses dial up. I even offered to pay for high speed and she declined. All she needs is cigarettes, coffee, her dell computer, and dial up.

Why is that so bad only 5 minutes to load the simplest page (google).

Well there are a couple options. 1. More users that have taken the speed test with the same isp as you have a higher package than you. 2. You arent getting the speeds you are supposed to. What are your advertised speeds?
