Say someone was on AOL, well on AOL I can acheive normal speeds. How can I put AOL in the limit also?

Well I have just downloaded it, and can't figure out how to use it? Paging network master. I've tried logging into my router with its adress and password but no luck.

Is there any (simple) way to limit the speed of people on my network? Say I only want people who are connected to my router to get 5Mbps. How can I do this? I do want to keep full speed on my computer. Any programs or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

We have a program like that in our area, it's called Blue Ridge Thunder they basically do the same thing except it's not on TV.
