  5. I just upgraded from a linksys WRT54G router to a NETGEAR RANGEMAX WIRELESS ROUTER WPN824. Well it's friday night, usually I would score around 8-10 down. Well with my new router... I got this:
  6. One thing I have noticed is that TCP Optimizer doesn't really help the upload. CableNut is what you want to use if you are looking to increase upload.

  13. TCP is much easier!! CableNut is alot more tweakable though, but aslong as I can break 10 down with TCP im fine. Never tried the upload with cable nut how much does it increase?
  14. This is very true, you have to take risks in life. I guess going to WalMart and getting your car checked out is just a risk I have to take.
  15. CableNut killed me! Sometimes ran me down to 1mbps! OUCH!! But it's all good now, me and my TCP Optimizer.
  16. It doesn't. ISP companies make their upload speed much lower than the download.
  17. Your download is really good. (For the package you have).
  18. Looking at your upload it seems that your download should be higher.
  19. What state do you live in? I can only get about 11.5 on testmy during the day.
