its ethernet, advertised 100Mbps down and 10Mbps upstream, but lately its more like 75Mbps down and 13 Mbps up.Van what you running T1 T3? That is some insane speed.

autotuning works great for me
try this bryanlautt
go to start-run and paste this " netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal " and hit enter, make a new tcp analyzer test and paste info.

i been searching like crazy for some registry keys to tweak vista but its a dead end.
however, i tryed to apply a win XP/2k cablenut file tonite, and vista seems to read some of the keys cos my upload is back

this was the speed i used to have on XP aswell....
I still run the vista Autotuning, and it works fine for download.
