I dont think its a problem, the RPM is most likely lower on those 250mm fans to reduce sound. Are you sure the side fan blow the air in and not out?it has 2 250mm fans blowing air in and only 1 120mm fan blowing air out. you have alot more coming in then going out, thats not smart cooling you get hot pockets that way.
you want equal in equal out, and your far from it with that case.
You will also get alot of air coming out of place that it shouldn't
this was the only thing i found in spec
2PCS enormous blue LED 250 mm fans (front & side)VR fan speed control (front & side)
Blue Led illumination
Excellent cooling solution
Tool-less clips & rails for easy installation
Also the PSU will help the case to blow air out from the case.
Its a nice setup and very much performance for the money. Those E6600 is very clock friendly, so when you need the boost you just OC it

very nice
my opinion is that speedtest dot net is nice looking site, but has alot to learn when it comes to make accurate scores.
I think the testfiles is too small
here is a score on my 100/10 Mbps
it shows a upload 3 times my cap, and a download 1/3 of my cap...

It will show you loged on during a certain time no matter if your on the site or not. Don't know what the timeout length is.Not sure why. But running c cleaner and even reboot the computer and it still shows me logged in until I log out. Its no big deal really, just seems like a pretty strong cookie.

very nice SwimmerI will put up a locate function that will give you a distance.. Distance does have a factor but if you are in the US or Canada you should be on a fast enough backbone that it shouldn't make a difference.

This is a straight shot measurement..

Windows Vista has a self tuned RWIN, and it works fine, Microsoft hasn't realeased much info about specific TCP registry keys yet, but i been testing some of the keys from windows XP. Turned out the DefaultSendWindow also works with Vista.
The things you need to do if you have Vista and cant reach 90% of advertised speed, beside the points in this sticky is
1. Make sure TCP autotuning is enabled, go to start-run paste this " netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal " and hit enter.
2. Download and install Cablenut cablenut408.zip
3. Disable UAC, go to start-run and type msconfig, click on tools tab and scroll down to "disable UAC" click on it and then click Launch. Reboot your PC.
3. Download and unzip this uploadtweak VanBurens_cablenut_settings_all_versions.zip , just click on the ccs file and click save to registry in adjuster, If cablenut ask for a OS when your trying to apply the settings, use Windows 2000.
4. Reboot your PC
5. Test speed again
good luck

use these links, when you compare speed before/after tweaking, you should use the same testmirrors.... Also the same testsize.
