  2. UT2004 is unreal tournament 2004 a first person shooter playable over LAN and is rather fun but I hosted a "private" server for Tibia before (though in Tibia they're called OTs) and it's rather fun
  3. Then XP recoginized it just double click it and it opens up like a folder or the C: drive then just move stuff like you would with a folder.

  5. Well you need to port forward I know how to do it on my router at home but it changes depending on which router you're using. Go to http://portforward.com/routers.htm and see if they can help you
  6. Never used them before but read a lot of threads here on tmn and have decided I won't be using them any time soon
  7. Well he might be talking like a world of warcraft private server in which case thatd defeat the whole purpose but if he's talking UT2004 then thatd certainly work
  8. Ahh sucks I tried a ps2 emulator cuz I prefer play via PC than TV/ps2 but it was kinda laggy and I tried tweaking it but just never got it good enough

  11. Yeah I stuck an old hard drive (well not old but it had an OS already on it) into a "new" computer before (diferant motherboard/cpu same everything else) and it gave me some weird issues till I formatted it and reinstalled XP.

  14. good thinking hmm I've never seen a flash drive with a write protecting switch but I was thinking a 256 MB hard drive would have to be ancient
  15. As said if you have a DOS startup disk stick it in and type format [drive letter such as F:]. Other wise I have this great partition manager which boots your PC up from a disk a normal CDROM and it manages partitions great and can format and all that.
  16. I would of personally went with a ps3 give it about June and the games will actually start to be able to start using the true power at it's core.

  18. Simple plug the drive into a USB port windows xp should recoginize the device if not their might be something wrong with your XP install in which case the device usualy has a website you can download the drivers from. Then simply open it like a folder drag music onto it or pull it off.
