  19. It's not a government tool, it's Verizon FiOS.. and the speeds are 30/5, 15/2, 5/2, and 5/5 I believe... even if it was government invention, that doesn't make anything else better Also, you never said anything about the scores having to be from Comcast

  21. I don't know what you're doing, but you're frequently getting cached tests... not all the time, but fairly often
