That happens to some people and not others... it doesn't affect my speed, or several other people on the fourm that I know of...

Never tried... I only use safe mode with networking... I tried safe mode with command prompt once to see what it was like... I assumed you meant it wasn't possible to get on the internet in any safe mode...
