  1. Well, I'm sorry to see you leave. I for one appreciate what you've been doing, and haven't found any of your remarks or suggestions negative. Catch you on the flip side, Hahn.
  2. Gosh Hahn, you've been involved in numerous heated discussions these past few days. Hopefully, you'll stay and continue to help others. I actually find reading your debate topics quite entertaining.
  3. Also, when using the same RWIN values for vanburen's new cablenut settings, I get about 3.1 mbps. With the old cablenut settings, I'm getting 3.7.
  4. Just tried it. But, it's making pages take longer to get to. I set it to windows default, and I'm getting about 3.4-3.5 now.
  5. I was getting around 2.9-3.2 here while testing, and after I changed my RWIN values from 128480 to 54240, I'm getting speeds of 3.6-3.7, even on the 12 MB test. That's really strange. :::.. 6. Nah, don't listen to him. You bring entertainment to testmy, or should I say more entertainment.
  7. I decided to change the wallpaper's color to match my new theme. Update:
  8. Update:. I decided to switch back to the classic theme, so I whipped up an easy wallpaper for it. Click the thumbnail to see the actual desktop. Shrinking screws over the gradients and patters I used, and makes them appear checker-like.
  9. Whoa, for a minute there, I thought that was the backround I created a while ago. It looks somewhat similar. Here, I'll show you.
  10. How many times have you said that by now? It's no longer funny.
  11. Yes, I do. Do you know how many people downloaded my halo video? It was posted on numerous sites. My files are hosted on dual xeon servers, located in Texas.
  12. Meh, I'll step up and be the nice one. If you can't find anywhere else to host it, send me the file over AIM, and I'll upload it for you. Sorry for making you send it to me, but I'm not giving out my ftp username/password.
  13. My great-great-great-great (or something along the lines of that) grandfather was Martin VanBuren. Just thought I'd share.
  14. KissesOfMorphine (7:40:01 PM): do you have to buy a cd burner or can you download it? cuz i need to copy music to a cd gr3gorama (7:40:29 PM): oh my god... gr3gorama (7:40:36 PM): Just turn off your computer, and walk away. What is the world coming to?
  15. I took some for you all to enjoy. It comes with couter-strike: source as well. ^^ Box. I didn't want to take a new pic of it, so I used the one including my fan. ^^ That's what I use to communicate in counter-strike. You gotta love home made items. Part of an old socom headset taped to my headphones.
  16. Believe it or not, there wasn't a fan in that location, prior to installation. Yeah, I know, I'm lazy. And yes, I bought HL2.
  17. Exactly. When I started playing, which was around 12, I knew starting off with an acoustic would help me in the long run. Though I do have electric guitars and amps, I play my Martin DM acoustic daily.
  18. Here's a shot I took about a week ago. I added the finishing touches in photoshop.
  19. I care about upload more than download. I went from an upload speed or 241 kbit/sec to 611 kbit/sec for $5 more a month.
  20. I guess the problem is resolved. That's the test site my isp told me to use. I'm using the 4000/512 tweak of vanburen's, and I didn't change the tcp recieve windows. That's the best result I got, even better than when I optimized my tcp values.
  21. Well, a while ago I posted minor things about my new custom PC, but here I'll describe in more in depth. -Intel P4 3.2EGHz [1MB cache] -Quality VIA PT800+ 800FSB Hyper-Threading DDR400 ATX Motherboard -1 8xAGP Slot & 4 PCI SLOTS / 4 ULTRA ATA-133/100/66/33 IDE Devices On 2 Channels -1024MB DDR RAM -8xAGP ATI Radeon 9600 Video w/256MB DDRAM & TV-out -120GB ATA-133 7200RPM Hard Drive (Upset about RPM)
