You can make things move in Image Ready, which comes with Photoshop.

I'd suggest Photoshop over anything else. I've just upgraded to CS, though I had been using Photoshop7 for many months prior. I didn't notice much of a change, other than the fact that it was fancied up a bit. Either way, Photoshop is the way to go for photo editing.

I have my custom-built new computer up and running 3.2 Ghz, 800 Mhz FSB, 1 GB DDR RAM, 120 GB HDD, ATi Radeon 9600 Pro (256 MB). I'm very happy with its performance. Runs like a dream (Also, I just got a linksys 4 port router. Very nice)

what tweak program did you use?

Yeah, I tweaked my download speed. I pay for 3mbps, so I am definatly in the 90th percentile. But, when I actually download from sites and such, I usually get between 330-350 kb/sec. My upload should be 256 kbps, so I guess I am around where I should be. I just wish I could get it faster.

When I performed the tracert, after the second hop, it started giving me "Request timed out." Here are the results from the speedtest location nearest me. EDIT: 2004-09-23 05:04:34 EST: 2943 / 172 Your download speed : 3014025 bps, or 2943 kbps. A 367.9 KB/sec transfer rate. Your upload speed : 177053 bps, or 172 kbps.

Hello all, I've just registered now that I've got cable internet. I'm slightly disappointed with my speeds. My download test speeds vary from about 350-430, which is nice. The only thing I am concerned, and frustrated about, is my upload speed. It stays at a constant upload speed of 29 kb/sec. Now, I am paying for 3mbps cable internet, and the advertised upload connections are a little more that 360kbps, and the tests are showing that I am getting an upload connection of 238kbps. (I've run the download and upload tests numerous times) What can I do to increase these speeds? If I call my cable company, can they fix this problem? Here is some more information: OS: Windows XP Home Edition (SP1) Also, I have run three spyware scanners (Adaware, Xoftspy, Spybot) and not one of them is detecting spyware, so I know it can't be that. Help would be greatly appreciated -Greg EDIT: Also, when I am downloading files off of download.com (because I know you can get your true speed from their servers) my download speed goes to about 250 kb/s after about a minute.
