Notice the file size I test with.. I did the 2992 kb and it auto send me to the 12000kb test.. My bursts are very high now.. Even though it eventually drops.. Only thing wrong with my connection is due to the hurricane.. Lots of the lines around here are fooked up.. So hopefully after they finish fixing everything. I'll get closer to the caps.. Good luck with the new Caps settings 5400/800 not 5000/768 Please post speed results are you tweaked it to those settings. I just wanna see if it helped you any..

Well I talked to a TIER 2 tech for "cox.net" and he told me for the premier service the cap is actually set to 5400 down and 800 up try and tweak your conn to those settings.. :::..
