I'm using Firefox too and here's my scores: Everytime I tested with IE my scores were always low, but when I check with firefox they are more consistant and I have spyware protector on my sys. and everytime I use it, it always finds a security hole in IE and I go to windows update and I have all the latest updates so I just got rid of IE and now I just been using Firefox since I re-formatted over the weekend. :::.. I was using the settings that went with my connection but everytime it always stayed the same. However I have been playing with it and here's my speed now: It upped it some anyway. well I tried the cable/DSL 4000/512 then I just applied the 5000/768

I have tried tweaking my system with the cablenut program but I'm still getting the same speed as I was before. Can someone Help me Please or tell me what I'm doing wrong. Mine is doing the same thing. No matter how many times I change mine to 1500 it doesn't never stay either, and everytime I tweak it, it'll work for a little bit but then it starts slowing down again so I'm in the process of just re-formatting mine. I'm saving everything to CD's now so hopefully I won't lose much of anything. So anyway you're aren't alone with this. Hopefully formatting will help. Good Luck!

I am on Cox Communications with a 4000/512 cap. Which they just upgraded in our area. I'm posting my download and upload speed below.
