I tried it as well, with the correct settings for 4000/512. However it seemed like I got a burst from the beginning but the #'s stayed the same. All in all I like it. Good Job!

Mine did the same thing, so you aren't alone. At first I thought it was just me but then I rebooted and retested and I got the same thing except when I downloaded the smaller file. Go Figure!

Estaban has some great guitars. He is a renowned guitarist and I can't believe that you have never heard of him. I play acoustic and lead and I would play one of Estaban's guitars. In my opinon they are great for beginners. They have a great sound to them. One of my friends has one and that's what he practices with all the time and he loves it. I have always gotten better scores with Firefox than I have with IE. I like Firefox myself and I use it more than I do IE. I just reformatted my puter and I had NO trouble with it after I downloaded it. It's running fine on my puter.

Yeah you better! That's like the best part of the game. (sucks without a mic though). That free 2 months of xbox live I got was nice, but it didnt come with a mic dammit!

I have Halo for PC and Halo2 for my Xbox. I have to say that Halo2 for Xbox is a lot better than Halo for PC. I agree Halo is meant for the game console rather than the PC. It's just that type of game. I got mine last week as soon as it hit the shelves and I bought the strategy guide for it as well, and thank goodness I did cause I have already gotten lost in it. I have Xbox Live too but I haven't gone online with it YET but I will be SOON! I also agree that EVERYONE should have Halo2. It IS a bad azz game and a lot of fun to play. You don't know what you're missing..

I tested with 1496 and I still get the same speed as I do with 2992., but just a little faster than before. I can live with it tho, and *COX* DOES Rule! :::.. Here is my Cox Speed and I too have the 4mbps/512kbps package as well. This is about as fast as I can get mine even tweaking it with VanBuren's Settings. I'm not really complaining tho. :::.. You know I also put in 128480 in mine for my package and it didn't work for me until I put in 100740 and now I'm getting good download speeds. You might try that as well. Couldn't hurt, and if it doesn't you can always change it back. Hope this helps.. BTW: We have the same package so it might help ya.. Take Care!

Hey Man, That's not bad at all with it being your first time. Excellent job! I have Halo2 for Xbox and it is one awesome game. I waited and waited for it to come out and I was one of the first one's to get it, and it was well worth the wait. Anyway you did a better job than I could probably do with the video. Great Job!

Yeah they upgraded our's a couple of weeks ago, but watch out cause they are still working the bugs out. Although it's a hell of a lot faster than what we had before.. They told me yesterday that it's probably going to take them at least a few/couple more weeks to get everyone's right. I can test my download with my firewall and antivirus going and I stay at 4 - 4.2 but with it off I can hit over 5 so I'm happy with it. Also make sure that you don't have any Spyware aor Adware on your puter cause that can slow it down too. Take Care!

I have NEVER had a complaint about *Cox*. If I've ever needed help they helped me and I'm getting what I pay for as well. I too just upgraded to the 4000/512 for 39.95mth.
