sry to be mean but...stop complainin, U GOT A KILLER CONNECTION! im stuck on sh*tty 3mb dsl..hell, i dont even hit 3mb, i get more like 2.5mb, if i could atleast hit my DL cap i would b happy, and ur complaining ur DL is slow when ur uploadin so freakin fast?!! get a prog. to limit ur upload so u dont have that DL problem

have u virus scanned and spyware scanned ur comp? also, give it a few days for verizon to get ur speed right, since it is only the first day, they could just be settting everything up for u still. is there anyway for u to get me ur sync rate?

try setting it to 100mbit full duplex...i kno when i have it on 100mbit full duplex and im DLin from the LAN, i can only pull about 75mbps-85mbps, i usually NVR get to 90mbps+, and thats on every NIC to

god dsl stop falling behind (( all i hear are these new forms of dsl yet they arent available yet why do they keep thinking of new forms of dsl when we cant get them??? its makin me mad!

you will probably get (on the pro plan): 2.5-2.6mbps DL 400-512kbps UL thats what i get and all my friends on the pro plan get that and most the pro plan tests ive seen get around that, the fastest test i ever took was 324KB/s on the pro plan, the usuall is 312KB/s :

maybe its a SBC side problem. i have the pro plan at my house (north little rock, arkansas) and sometimes download will be 5-17KB/s yet upload is a constant 54KB/s, just give it time and it may resolve itself :s

yah, i am, but that could be cause the t1 is clogged up with bandwidth right now so i wouldnt be the most stable-connectioned person to say its going slow

on my aunt's laptop they get connected at 50.6Kbps and it runs very well for dial-up. they have a AMD 64 3200+, 512mb ram, some GoLive vid card thats 64mb and thats all i remember lol, not sure on the version of the dial up port thing

maybe you are throttled/packetshaped by your ISP on the dc++, BT, and P2P but being packetshaped on FTP is weird : but maybe thats not at all. Who is your ISP and what is your advertised speed?
