2smart4u Posted December 12, 2004 Author CID Share Posted December 12, 2004 i was copying the registry off of my friends computer cause i messed with my computer, so i wanted my registry to be the same as my friends, so i went one by one, well the ones related to the internet, and i also messed with the proxy settings wich really helped. By tweaking AFD buffers, in that case you use the RWIN value for Defult Recive Window, and leave Tcp Window size at default.
