Marcin541 Posted December 19, 2004 CID Share Posted December 19, 2004 Hey, they pushed it too far. It isnt my fault. Go read my thread in Verizon forum. Read it carefully, most of it is spam. If you cant beat them, join them. I treid to stop it aswell, but in the end they told me that its just that way and thats it. Oh well . Guest wmmc Posted December 19, 2004 CID Share Posted December 19, 2004 Signal strength can be higher then that. And speed has nothing to with signal strength, well except if no signal nothing, other then not a thing. I believe the DW6000 is capped at 1 Mbps or so. Ok, so that's your opinion. If you had brought it more politely then I might've considered a serious reply on it. You can't prevent going off-topic when the question has been mostly answered. Whether you like it or not, this behaviour isn't going to change, so leave if you don't like it. Marcin541: Can't you delete your own posts, or is that right reserved for moderators? Marcin541 Posted December 19, 2004 CID Share Posted December 19, 2004 Why delete them?
RTB Posted December 19, 2004 CID Share Posted December 19, 2004 Because it was a post made in error perhaps? Now it's too late for that anyway.
Marcin541 Posted December 19, 2004 CID Share Posted December 19, 2004 Ill delete them if someone goes into all the the other threads and deletes all spam there? And if someone does do that, and if that person can make sure nobody will ever spam again, then i will promise to not to anything stupid like that again. Deal? I mean it seems pretty fair to me, if someone else goesoff spamming and flamming in threads i start, then what makes it not fair here? Its the way you guys wanna run things, then ill follow. And if a moderator doesnt want to do anything about my threads, then why should I care?

And if a moderator doesnt want to do anything about my threads, then why should I care? It's impossible to delete all spam, just like it is impossible to keep your promise, unless you leave, but that's not my intention at all. Why is it that when you start a thread you think that you're somehow the owner of that thread? It just isn't true. And if you insist on having no spam nor flame (which should be removed/edited, yes.) in your threads, you could always PM a moderator to ask if you want your topic closed, because your question has been answered, and there is nothing else sensible to say in your thread anymore. End of problem? Btw, this is severely off-topic... any questions on issues like this are best kept in a PM to a moderator.
xs1 Posted December 19, 2004 CID Share Posted December 19, 2004 nope, cant delete own posts after like an hour or something. and "jim2006" you need to chillax, if you want to leave because your boring thread got more interesting, then go for i. frankly thats a dumb reason to leave and to sit here and bash the kebyoard over your head, but you do what you please.
