wyantm06 Posted March 8, 2006 CID Share Posted March 8, 2006 ^^^Topic...I was wondering because I been wanting to install a theme from xpthemes.org and I been told they slow down your pc A LOT. Well how bad is this slow down? Oh and why can't I get the themes to work anyway?
TimPawlak Posted March 8, 2006 CID Share Posted March 8, 2006 it doesn't slow down my pc at all... if you can't get it to work.. download a program called Tune-up Utilities 2k6, install it and go to the *theme* page... those work great! -Tim

monsnet2k8 Posted March 9, 2006 CID Share Posted March 9, 2006 i used the VISTA INSPIRAT download for a few months to give my computer the Vista look and it looks great but i did notice a few problems such as dvd playback on power dvd was bad' for some reason it would prevent power dvd to display the video and just gave me a dark screen with sound' plus it did slow down my computer a bit at start up......
