Something is strange, I agree with VanBuren that its almost impossible to make changes 3 times and get exactly the same value......but I have seen stranger things b4....... the real issue is that you have great speeds now, of course everyone likes to squeeze  every last KB that they can but, you may already be there.....anyway good luck and let us know if anything changes, and keep testing at TESTMY.NET and tell your friends about us, if nothing else I believe this is the most accurate and best test site on the INTERNET  :)

run this test now http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks

when you get result URL adress, post it here

after that apply the tweak i suggested before, click save to registry and reboot

do this test again http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks

when you get result paste URL here again

then we can see if tweaks are applyed or not
