Guest helloimtim Posted April 14, 2006 CID Share Posted April 14, 2006 I noticed you have dsl. From my experience xp by default is pretty tweaked out for dsl. Are you virus and spyware free? Do you clean out cookies and files including offline continent before testing? Are you using a registry cleaner? Messed with dsl settings and made it tons worse. Use the tcp/ip to reset them back to default. I am willing to bet that will cure the problem. I am not sure about this one. I THINK if you remove all the settings from cable nut with nothing in the boxes and save then reboot that may return the default settings as well. Not sure about that though.
