Rahid 905 Posted January 19, 2004 CID Share Posted January 19, 2004 i suggest you stay with 10mbs...unless you dont use ur bandwidth too much...and plus 10Mbs for 40/month is like a dream, i pay 59.99 for 3000/256 so i would just stick with 40/month 10mbs
VanBuren Posted January 19, 2004 Author CID Share Posted January 19, 2004 yea i was thinking the same, the only thing i should really use 100 Mbps to is to run a gameserver 24h/day, but the trafficlimit of 300GB will not allow it If i host a 64 player Call of Duty server and use aprox 1,2 MB/s when its full i can run it 300000 / (1,2x3600) = 69,4 hours / month (please correct me if my calculations is wrong) So i think i will stay at 10 Mbps and no freaking trafficlimit VanBuren

VanBuren Posted January 20, 2004 Author CID Share Posted January 20, 2004 Yea i guess im a lucky shit lol Since Swedish government payed 50% of all installation cost digging fiberoptic to homes, alot off ppl choosed to install. Normal cost here for having fiber to a smallhouse is around 1200
lorne Posted January 20, 2004 CID Share Posted January 20, 2004 VanBuren Yeah I would like to see what kind of speeds you would post with 100Mbps, you could get 100Mbps for a month. And post some killer scores Then switch back to 10 Mbps though i doubt you would want to after seeing your speeds so high. This is something i would do cause im a little silly when it comes to speed
